• We are grateful to those who made a pledge to the Annual Catholic Appeal. Your donation will go a long way in supporting the life and mission of the Church in our diocese. We are happy to report that, to date, 118 parishioners have already pledged a total of $39,571 of which $29,108 have already been sent in. We are encouraged by the rising number of donors, and hope that those who are still making a prayerful consideration join us in this endeavor.
• This week, three members of our parish graduated from the Holy Spirit’s Institute, a diocesan program designed to educate, and form lay leaders in the Church. They are Paula Gil, Norma Mera, and Noe Sanchez. We are proud of their sacrifice, efforts, and commitment to complete the requirements of the program. We look forward to their continued leadership in our parish.
• This weekend, 44 young people in our Religious Education Program were privileged to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation administered by Bishop Raymond Chappetto. We congratulate these young men and women and thank our catechists who have assisted their families in their Catholic formation.
• This coming Tuesday, May 24, at 7:30pm in the Upper Church, there will be a special Meeting for all Lectors and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. At this meeting, Msgr. Pham will provide important updates on liturgical protocols and scheduling. Any parishioners who would like to become a Lector or Minister in our parish is also invited to join us at this meeting.
• Thank you and have a blessed week!
