We thank all the young members of our Religious Education Program for your contributions today. We also thank all who have donated to the World Mission Sunday collection after Communion. Your support plays a vital role in furthering the Church’s mission of evangelization worldwide.
With the Solemnity of All Saints just two weeks away, we want to remind you about our parish’s All-Saints Costume Party, open to all children and their parents on Saturday, November 4th, from 1:30PM to 4:30PM. The event will begin with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the chapel, during which Msgr. Pham will deliver a reflection on “Ways to Sainthood,” with inspiring stories of some of the Church’s youngest saints. We encourage all children to come dressed as your favorite saint, in a costume that embodies his or her spirit, and if you can share a brief story about your saint, or about the traditions associated with his or her feast day, you may have a chance to win exciting prizes. Join us for an afternoon filled with fun games, delicious treats, and inspirational stories.
Next Saturday, October 28th, there will be a Solemn Mass in Spanish at 2PM in the church, honoring Our Lady of the Cloud, the Marian devotion of Ecuador and Peru. All are welcome to join us for this celebration, followed by a festive street procession with the Miraculous Statue of Our Lady and a reception with entertainment in the parish Institute.
Next weekend, on October 28th and 29th, the Knights of Columbus will be offering raffle tickets for sale after Mass as part of a national fundraiser. This initiative aims to support the charitable endeavors of the largest fraternal organization for Catholic men in the United States. Raffle books, containing chances to win fantastic prizes, will be available for $10 each. Individual tickets can also be purchased.
