We are just a few weeks away from the conclusion of this year’s Annual Catholic Appeal, which encourages faithful Catholics to support the mission of the Church in a tangible way. Your contributions are vital to many diocesan programs and the continued growth of our Church in Brooklyn and Queens. Despite our year-long appeal, only 149 families from our parish have responded so far. On behalf of our pastor, Msgr. Cuong Pham, we once again invite all those who have not yet given to prayerfully consider doing so. Special envelopes are available near the church entrance—please take one home today.
Have you ever wished for a more uplifting Sunday Mass, with better organization and greater participation from the congregation? If so, you can help make that a reality! Consider offering your talents as an Usher, Choir Member, Lector, or Eucharistic Minister for our English Masses. Our parish is in critical need of volunteers to assist our priests and enhance our liturgical celebrations. Many parishes struggle with lackluster services due to a shortage of laypeople in these roles. Our priests can’t do it all alone, so we invite you to step forward today in service to God. You won’t be disappointed by the sense of community you’ll experience.
Our parish will be hosting a Flea Market on November 9th & 10th in the Guadalupe Room of the Parish Institute. You can reserve a table by signing a contract, available at the parish office. Tables are $35 per day. For more details, please check the bulletin or contact the parish office.
A reminder: this Monday, October 14th, is Columbus Day, a federal holiday. There will be only one Mass at 9AM in the main church. After the Rosary, both the church and the parish office will be closed for the day.
