As we begin Advent and a new liturgical year, we invite every family to renew their commitment to our beloved parish. Next weekend you will receive a Commitment Card to take home. Please pray over it and consider how you can support our common mission—by increasing your offertory, enrolling in online giving, or offering your time as a volunteer. Together, let us begin this new year with generous hearts and renewed dedication.
Beginning Wednesday, December 3rd, our Guadalupe Committee warmly invites everyone to join the ongoing Novena of Marian Devotion each evening at 7:00 PM, leading up to an all-night Vigil on Thursday, December 11th. On December 12th, we will joyfully celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of the Americas and of the Unborn. The celebration begins with a Solemn Outdoor Procession at 6:00 PM, followed by a Solemn Mass in Spanish at 7:00 PM, and festive gatherings afterward in the Institute. We hope you can join us!
This Friday, December 5th, is First Friday. There will be Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament following the 8:00 AM Mass until Noon. In the evening, please join us for a sung Holy Hour at 6:30 PM, followed by Holy Mass at 7:30 PM, both in Spanish.
On Saturday, December 6th, immediately after the 5:00 PM Mass, we invite you to our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Blessing of the Christmas Manger at 6:00 PM in front of the church. Enjoy live musical performances by our choirs, professional DJs, and the Mariachi Youth Band, along with a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus and their surprise guests, special blessings, toys for children, hot refreshments, and more. We look forward to seeing you there!
Don’t miss the Rosary Society’s Christmas Fundraiser Luncheon on Saturday, December 13, just two weeks away! Enjoy a delicious buffet, select wines, and exciting raffles for gift baskets and a 50/50 drawing, all supporting the charitable works of the Rosarians. Our parish Jornada Group will host an Open House for all youth ages 12 and up and their parents to learn more about the Jornada movement. Join them in the gym after the 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 12:30 PM Masses.
