MARCH 24, 2024

It brings us immense joy to share that, as of now, 40 parishioners have pledged a generous $21,085 to the Annual Catholic Appeal 2024, with a remarkable $14,541 already collected. We extend our deepest thanks to each of you for your faith-driven generosity that will empower the Church’s mission in Brooklyn and Queens.

Reminder: this Monday, March 25, marks Reconciliation Monday in all the churches of our City and Long Island. Confessions will be available in the chapel from 1:00PM to 3:00PM and again from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. We urge you to make use of these specific times for confessions, as accommodating confessions outside these slots will be challenging for our priests during the eventful Holy Triduum.

Registration for the Diocesan Eucharistic Revival opens this Monday at the parish office. This pivotal event, scheduled for April 20, 2024, at USTA Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, celebrates the Eucharist with one of the largest gatherings of local Catholics. With only 50 tickets available per parish, we encourage early registration to ensure your participation.

The Easter Triduum, the pinnacle of Holy Week, is upon us. Starting with the Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday and culminating with the Easter Vigil Mass on Holy Saturday, these days are central to our Christian faith. We warmly invite you to participate fully in the solemn liturgies at our parish, immersing yourself in the mystery of Christ’s passion, death, and resurrection that brought us eternal salvation. Encourage your family members to join in these sacred celebrations.
