PARKING LOT: The entry to Mount Carmel's parking lot is on the south side of Astoria Boulevard between Crescent Street and 23rd Street.
CAUTION: No left turn is permitted for vehicles from Astoria Boulevard on to Crescent Street from 7 AM to 10 AM Monday to Friday. For trucks, no turns at all are permitted at this intersection at any time, except for local deliveries. (NYC Dept of Traffic Regulations)
