Our Religious Education classes will resume this Wednesday and Thursday after the Easter Week off. We thank all parents and families for ensuring that our children grow to a mature faith through participating diligently in our faith formation program.
Next Sunday, April 23, Cardinal Francesco Coccopalmerio from the Vatican will visit our parish. The Cardinal is the former President of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts, where our pastor Msgr. Cuong Pham has served for eight years. His Eminence is a close advisor and collaborator to the Holy Father Pope Francis. We hope to have his presence at both our 9AM Italian Mass and 11AM Family Mass. Please join us in welcoming this special guest to our parish.
Next weekend, April 22/23, there will be a second collection in support of Catholic Home Missions. Your generosity towards this collection will enable missionary activities that strengthen the Catholic Church in the United States and its territories.
Parishioners who have made a donation towards a Palm Cross in memory of their loved one may come to the parish office to take their Palm Cross home beginning this Monday, April 17. They will be available until Friday.
Our weekday Masses will continue in the main church until further notice so that you may continue enjoying the beauty of our church during this Easter season.
We are happy to report that, to date, 50 of our parishioners have pledged a total of $18,950, of which $15,002 have already been collected. Any donations above our parish’s goal of $67,815 will be returned directly to us for further improvements that will benefit us and our future generations. If you have already made your donation online or through direct mail, we thank you for your generosity. Everyone will have the opportunity to make a pledge during the in-pew appeal that will happen next weekend during all the Masses.
