All are invited to attend the Solemn Mass at 3pm in English and Vietnamese, celebrating the Feast of the Vietnamese Martyrs and the 35th Anniversary of our Vietnamese Community. Bishop Witold Mroziewski, Vicar for Migrants and Ethnic Apostolates, will preside. He will be joined by Bishop Paul Sanchez and Bishop Octavio Cisneros, many visiting priests, religious and seminarians. After the Mass, all are invited to the Institute for a formal reception featuring international food, music and cultural performances. The Holy Father Pope Francis has granted a Plenary Indulgence to all those who attend this joyous event.
The 2023 Mass Book will open on Tuesday, December 6 and Mass Intention Forms will be available for you starting next weekend, December 3rd and 4th. You may reserve your Mass Intentions for next year and bring those forms to the parish office. Please remember that the Intentions for the Masses are available on a first come, first served basis.
Our 15th annual “Giving Tree” Donation Boxes are available through Sunday, January 1st. One box will be by the main entrance on Newtown Avenue and the other will be by the elevator. Donations in cash, checks made out to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, or gift cards are all welcomed. Any donations made during the week, please bring to the Rectory.
Payment for the Rosary Society Fundraiser Christmas Luncheon next Saturday needs to be made by this coming Wednesday. For details, please check the bulletin or our social media. All are invited. Bring a friend!
